Shipping policy
General Order Information:
- Please note that orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout.
- We only accept one coupon code per order.

SHIPPING
Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $150. All order under $150 will be shipped with a flat $8 shipping rate.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders placed after 3p.m. CST will be processed the next business day.
- Standard shipping orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out.
- All orders ship via USPS or UPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders, including any express shipping option, placed Monday through Friday after 12 pm CST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays or offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping.
Ship to a Secure Address:
Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Tru Bleu Boutique is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with UPS or USPS shipping.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The shipping carrier used will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- For products which are marked delivered by UPS or USPS, you will need to contact your local Post Office/UPS to obtain information regarding your package.
- Addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double check all information.
Can I pick my online order up at your physical store?
- If you live near our store and would like to pick up your order, select in-store pickup at checkout. We will have your order ready for pickup within 48 hours.
