ONLINE SALES Return Policy:
Although we are confident you are going to LOVE your new Tru Bleu items, we also understand sizes may vary. With that said, we will gladly accept a return of non sale items for exchange or store credit. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions you have before placing your order. We are always happy to help!
- 1. To make a return, please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package.
- 2. All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them, be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have stains, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
- 3. Shoes being returned MUST be unworn and in the original shoe box.
- 4. Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
- 5. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return items.
- 6. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product.
- 7. Credit will only be applied for the item, NOT for any shipping and handling charges.
- 8. Store Credit does not expire.
- 9. ALL GIFT CARDS AND SALE Items are FINAL SALE.

In Store Purchases Return Policy:
Assuming product being returned meets same conditions explained above, FULL PRICED merchandise can be returned to original form of payment up to 7 days of purchase.
- After 7 days and up to 14 days, store credit or exchange will be offered.
- After 14 days purchase will be considered final sale.- All Sale items are FINAL SALE.
